How we use your details

Who holds your details

Stephen Blake Architect is the data controller. They decide what is collected here and why, and they are who to contact about anything on this page.

The software behind these forms is provided by a service company that stores the data on their behalf, as a processor, in the EU. Emails about your enquiry are sent through an email delivery service acting in the same way.

What it is used for

Answering your enquiry, arranging a look at the site, and preparing the design work you asked about. Nothing else. It is not used for marketing and it is not sold or shared with anyone outside the practice and its professional team for your project.

There is no third-party analytics or advertising tracking on these pages.

How long it is kept

If your enquiry becomes a project, it is kept with the project records for as long as the practice is required to keep them.

If it does not, it is deleted after 24 months. That window exists because enquiries often come back — a site purchase falls through and is revived a year later — and because it is short enough that nothing is kept without a reason.

Your rights

You can ask Stephen Blake Architect for a copy of what they hold about you, ask them to correct it, or ask them to delete it. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Your browser

While you are filling a form in, your answers are saved in your own browser so you can come back to them. That copy never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it. There are no tracking cookies on these pages.

If you use the map to show where your site is, the map pictures are loaded from Google Maps, which — like any website — sees your device's internet address when it sends them. If you search the map for an Eircode or place, what you type is sent to Google, or OpenStreetMap, to find it. Your answers are not shared with it.
